FORUM 2008 Sponsorship Opportunities

A. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION MATERIALS

1. REGISTRATION TOTE BAGS

PRICE: $6,000 - Sold: Bright House Networks

Sponsor the official conference briefcase tote presented to every Conference attendee at registration. Sponsorship includes your company's one-color logo imprint.

2. REGISTRATION TOTE INSERTS

PRICE: $750 PER INSERT

Your pre-approved promotional literature will be inserted in all Conference registration tote bags. (ALL ACC Corporate Members may insert one item at no cost.)

3. OFFICIAL CONFERENCE NOTE PADS/PENS

PRICE: $3,000 - Sold: World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc.

Sponsorship includes one-color logo imprint on Conference note pads inserted in registration tote. (Sponsor provides 400 promotional pens.)

4. BADGE NECKLACES

PRICE: $4,000- Sold: AmericanLife TV Network

In addition to sponsorship fee, sponsor will supply imprinted necklaces or pay for production costs.

5. E-MAIL STATIONS

PRICE: $4,000

High-speed Internet and WiFi connection will be available Sun-Tues on two personal computers in the registration area for conference attendees to check email or to surf the web. Your home page will be set as the default home page. You may supply "branded" mouse pads and table drapes for the station.

6. FORUM 2008 MESSAGE BOARD

PRICE: $3,000- Sold: ESPN, Inc.

Sponsor a central message board that attendees may use to post messages for others attending the conference. Your logo and company name will be displayed on the board. Get even more out of your sponsorship by providing pre-printed message pads for use with the board.

7. HOTEL ROOM CARD KEYS

Your message will be imprinted on one of FORUM's most frequently used items. *In addition to sponsorship fee, sponsor will pay for card key production costs.

Help kick-off FORUM 2008 by sponsoring the food & beverage at one of the Conference's biggest events. Sponsor will be given speaking opportunity in addition to signage. It's also a great opportunity to show your support for the Emma L. Bowen Foundation for Minorities Interests in Media, the beneficiary of the 2008 Silent Auction.

2. 2008 PUBLIC AFFAIRS ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS & RECEPTION

Host one of two or even both luncheon sessions at the FORUM. Benefits include the introduction of the keynoter by your company representative, prominent logo display, signage, and the opportunity to show a two-60 second promotional video. These luncheons may be Co-sponsored at $6,000 for each sponsor.

Sponsor the official FORUM 2008 photography. Sponsor will receive prominent signage display.  Optional opportunity to provide golf shirt with logo for photographer to wear during event.  Additional optional opportunity to provide photos to attendees.  Call for details.


All sponsors will be listed in the official conference program, on signage during the conference, announced during the opening general session and be posted on the ACC FORUM 2008 Web page as they are confirmed.
