Help Develop ACC Programs

Join an ACC Board Committee and help lead the association’s programs that further cable communicators’ professional development and industry communications. Volunteer Today!

Membership
Responsible for reviewing membership benefits, value and fees, particularly for Corporate Members in addition to recruitment. It also oversees the Mentor Program.

Programs
Responsible for producing educational opportunities outside of the annual conference and Beacon Awards. The Chat and Webinar program are key areas of interest.

Institute
The area of interest for this committee is the development and review of the ACC Communications Institute curriculum in conjunction with Syracuse University.

FORUM
The area of responsibility for this committee is the development of the annual educational conference FORUM. This would include developing the conference theme, session topic development, speaker recruitment and integrating with the Beacon Awards into the event program.

Beacon
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Beacon Awards program including strategies to promote the awards to the industry, entry process, judging and the awards program.
